Ghost Hunting At Stanley Palace 21st May 2016

On the 21st May 2016 Simply Ghost Nights journeyed to Chester to hold a paranormal investigation at Stanley Palace. Ghost hunts at Stanley Palace are held in this fine example of Tudor workmanship with wooden beams as hold as the building, ghost hunting at Stanley Palace is like stepping back in time.

With yet another full house of ghost hunters all excited and full of anticipation ready for the ghost hunt to start, we commenced the investigation in the hall way and it wasn't long before the we heard the sound of footsteps from upstairs however no one was upstairs and all team and guests were downstairs, we then asked for something else to happen and the REM pod on the stairs went off. After five more minutes we decided to split into smaller groups and attempt spirit communication with the spirits of Stanley Palace.

Stuart and Jez were upstairs when Stuart said that he had seen the shadow of a man in the corner of the room, they tried to debunk this as someone else's shadow however everyone was sat down. When asked to 'please do something special' the alarm that was on the door handle in the corner of the room suddenly alarmed out to the shock of all the team and guests.

Rosey and Lesley detailed a vigil in the Main room downstairs where a group had an amazing time with the table tapping on request and moving between all the guests at the table and at one point the table moved on to two legs to the bewilderment of the whole group.

Also in this vigil Lesley mentioned that a number of guests saw a hooded figure near the piano just like a Monk, this is not the first time this figure as been spotted in this area.

All groups spoke of some excellent Spirit box communication and glass as well, the spirits of Stanley Palace once again communicated with our guests in so many ways.
