Ghost Hunting @ Mill Street Barracks, 2nd July 2016

Simply Ghost Nights returned to one of our favourite locations this former barracks is usually a hive of paranormal activity and the spirits certainly know how to communicate with our guests.

Hannah and Martin when in the Main Hall recounted a vigil where the table moved as if gliding between a number of guests and four guests shrieked at seeing a figure of a man watching them from a window in the offices then disappearing, this was figure was seen in the offices that we cannot get into and all four were certain that it was indeed a figure that they had seen.
In the cellars with Stuart a group of ghost hunters made spirit contact with a male called Jake who reportedly claimed to have lived at the barracks and had died of injuries sustained in battle and that he had enjoyed living there when he was alive. Also in this vigil another spirit called Chris came through via the glass but the group could not get much information off of him except nonsensical ramblings and Stuart suggested that Chris was possibly illiterate as to Chris's responses.
Rosey and Jez spoke of a vigil also in the cellars where guests saw bizarre lights and heard tapping from empty rooms and when guests were left on lone vigils in some of the smaller rooms would come back to the main group after after a few minutes claiming to have been touched or felt as though someone else was in the room with them.
When conducting a vigil in the top room areas Hannah and Martin said that the group had experienced some serious tapping on request and that the ghost hunters had witnessed the table moving backwards and forwards to each participant on the table and with a number of skeptics on the table as well they could not believe what was happening especially with the group all been made up of the same family safe to say the skeptics went home been total believers.
Once more the ghostly inhabitants of Mill Street Barracks had not let us down with their spirit interactions with our brave ghost hunters.
