R.A.F Binbrook was a Bomber Command station during World War II. After the war it was amongst others the home of the Central Fighter Establishment. Ghost sightings include an officer in Full RAF uniform seen in one of the offices, who disappears as soon as he is seen. An Australian worker on RAF Binbrook base who blew himself up trying to sabotage a Lancaster bomber during World War Two. Two, a wartime Australian N.C.O armourer known as Clubfoot, who the tale has it had been injured by the carelessness of a pilot, and had sought revenge by attaching an explosive device to the pilot's Lancaster bomb-load, but had blown himself up in the process.

Dare you enter the ghostly world of Sutton Manor in Hull for what will be last time ever chance to investigate this unique and foreboding building. A hidden gem, echoing the faded glory of a bygone era,charming ,untouched with much of its original features including a delft-tiled fireplace dating back to Georgian times with secret panelled doorways. The history to Sutton Manor began in the 1720's and was originally a windmill and mill house built however a fire in 1789 burned both the windmill and mill house down. Subsequently the current house was built in the 1790's and now boasts seven bedrooms and is one of finest Georgian mansions in the area. Visitors to Sutton Manor have described feelings of been touched and having their hair pulled as well as the sensation of been followed too. We were also informed that on numerous occasions that an apparition of a child has been seen and guests have mentioned hearing voices and whispers from empty rooms.

Bishop's Manor

Ghost Hunting @ Bishop's Manor

Bishop's Manor in Howden, East Riding Of Yorkshire stands a stone's throw from the remains of Howden Minster, just off the market square. The manor was built to provide a residence and administrative centre for the powerful Prince Bishops of Durham, who stayed here on their way between Durham and London. Originally built between 1388 and 1405 by Bishop Walter de Skirlaugh, It was altered in the Tudor period and again in the 18th and 20th centuries. Some of the Original features include Bishop Skirlaugh's vaulted entrance porch. Inside the Manor are Georgian and Victorian fireplaces and an impressive staircase. At least three kings are known to have visited the manor; King John spent the Christmas of 1211 here, and Kings Edward II and Henry V also stayed here.

Originally built in 1943 as a transit camp for United States Army anti-aircraft battalions, in 1946 Anzio Camp was taken over by Polish troops from Italy and other Polish troops arrived later. After the war Anzio camp continued as a Polish civilian settlement until 1964 when those living there were rehoused elsewhere. The dark and remote landscape of the Staffordshire Moorlands has a long tradition of ghostly goings on. There is an abundance of tales of the supernatural.

Spirit children have been heard singing the nursery rhyme frère Jacques through the sound enhances in the old school area. Simply Ghost Nights have experienced tables moving by themselves and amazing tapping on request and on one occasion a group of ghost hunters were calling out for the ghostly residents of Cusworth hall to make the child's rocking horse move however, as the group were about to leave the room the rocking horse moved to and fro to the astonishment of the group.
